Excellent Job as usual MarKro !
The automatic Modcode selection works really good and makes receiving DATV with that SW even more comfortable.
Does someone know how to setup VLC Player that it continues playing the video when you tune to the next DATV signal?
Actually i have to stop VLC and press play again to see the next signal.

I can't get anywhere with my RLT V3 dongle, I have had success with other versions now and then. I see there is no way to change the FEC with this version

Tested with Adalm Pluto the WB Beacon and 90cm dish.
Tnx !

sorry I don't understand 000,000 frequency ???

Tell me which linux distributions you use. (Arch Linux fan here :D)
I use Lubuntu, a fast and simple Ubuntu version. Vy happy if your excelent software runs on it.
Thanks!
Tony, thanks for telling me, i will try to fix that. I forgot to set a minimum frequency for the Adalm Pluto. If you enter 0,0MHz manually, it won't do anything. I also broke the IQ Plot in DVB-S1 mode. i'll release a fix on saturday.
Yes.
If I tune WB Beacon 742.600 mhz and restart dvb-s gui and start over, the screen will display 000.000, but I tune the last frequency (742.600). Why ? I dont know !
Thank you for the great program!
The decoder works very well with the LimeSDR-mini

Danke Marko dein software ist klasse alles einwandfrei nur die 000 in freq bereich aber...kein probleem fur mich
habe selbst nog etwas ram in gehirn hihi
if you find the time maybe you could implement a possible offset frequency?
You could ignore the 10GHz segments and only subtract xyz from the shown frequency?
The most users receive at around 740MHz and the real frequency is around (10).495MHz
So you could subtract 245MHz and then we have a correct frequency reading.
This value should be adjustable, because some oms (including me) have a modified LNB in use.
Your SW shows the freq in 1kHz resolution so this offset value should also have 1kHz resolution.
Maybe you find the time

Hi Flo DB8TF, I agree with you !!! not all are high enough to be able to modify LNB, while some OMs have not made any changes to the DATV system only SSB band system for frequency centering

The new feature with moving the overlay with the right mousebutton is really nice
Now it is easy to tune from one DATV signal to the next in few seconds.
Here a actual screenshot, working perfect!

Hi!
Was about to say the same.
Nice feature.

Only one very small quirk:
The buffer counter...
The text is aligned to the far right and when the counter reaches 2 digits (xx / 8192) the interface "shifts" a little to the left...
I know that the actual buffer number should stay low, but sometimes it is not easy, especially whent trying to fine tune a station.
Other issue is that not allways the Pluto "starts" seeing anything.
I mean, it is detected by the software, but no matter what you change, frequency, symbolrate, etc, it does not show anything on the waterfall.
Keep up the good work.
Hi to all,
I try to download DVB-S_GUI but no link works.
Anyone any idea?

Hi, it works for me. Can soneone else confirm that it's not working? I switched over to another hosting provider last week, but that shouldn't have caused any downtime
The IP address should be this one: 5.181.50.78
By the way: i'm fixing some minor bugs at the moment, new version should be there on monday. don't expect too much i'll fix dvb-s1 (which also includes the IQ plot not updating), make the local oscillator frequency changeable, and fix a crash when closing PLotoSDR devices and re-opening them.
Hi markro.
It is possible to ping the Ip-adress.
but access is forbidden.
