Your sdr receiver is sure not the problem! I use the exact same type here
Probably the signal at the input of the sdr usb receiver is not sufficient for the datv. Have you measured the signal strength at 741.500 MHz?

Yes, I did numerous tests for the skew of the lnb until I found the best location. I changed the horizontal and vertical polarization. The length of the coaxial cable is 30 meters, the total attenuation is 5 dB. The signal received in narrow band is S 9 + 10/20. The antenna is definitely pointed correctly with satellite TV signal meter.
Seams like your RX signal is to weak.
On the NB you have a system noise of S5,8 > 34,8dB
The lower Beacon has S9+13 > 67dB
So your Beacon SNR is abt 32,2 dB
On my dish (120cm) the lower beacon has 40-41dB SNR (depending on the Console BW)
Zoom out of the NB (2,4MHZ BW) and look if you can see the TP shoulders.
