I have a question.QO - 100 broadband repeater (direction) of the beam control ability, because in my QTH, didn't see 10492.5 wb beacon.Whether I use MiniTioune or sdr#, failed to see any signal. The transponder noise.
QO - 100 WB repeater for beam (direction) control?

BG0AUB I did the following:
LNB to horizontal 12V feeded with a bias-T so there is no voltage going to SDR or minitiouner. In front of the bias-T is a simple sat splitter..One output to minitiouner the other to sdr rx. Then look with this setup (12V) to the best s/n for the NB.. this will also be the best s/n for the WB..I do not switch to Vertical, because the noise is more on NB and so I can avoid an attenuator for the sdr..

forgive. The TV-SAT standard provides 12 Volts for Vertical polarization and 18 Volts for Horizontal polarization.
0 Hz for the low band (LO - 9750 Typ) and 22 kHz for the high band (LO - 10600 MHz Typ)
The NB transponder of QO-100 has Vertical polarization (12 Volts to LNB)
The WB transponder has horizontal polarization (18 Volts to LNB)

I8LYL former I0LYL yes Lucio you are right.

In fact, if you put Offset -> - 09750000 or the value of your LO then you can directly enter the transponder frequency and not the conversion one.

Thank you for your prompt, I tried to set LO when test last weekend. But the position of the decimal point.

Yesterday I "umbrella" the RX antenna test.Aim at the satellite, NB signal 20 db higher than noise.WB clearly did not see any bumps on the spectrum.I am the right way to set the polarization. But I still didn't receive the WB eshail2 with minitioune beacon.I really miss...
Who can give me a minitioune. Ini configuration file? -

I tried to receive WB beacon again today, but still failed. My position antenna elevation Angle is 18 degrees.S/N MER is 1-2 at its highest. I really missed it.But you can have a pleasant QSO in NB mode. The uplink WB mode was tested. The 250k code rate can be seen on websd-wb that my signal is only 2-3db.

Now we can be sure that the signal is not strong enough... Maybe I need a 3M antenna to receive the WB TV signal, now I use 1.2m

Zhao Feng,
the RHCP polarization is right, WB and NB trasnponders have the same polarizzation, but keep in mind that the feeder must be LHCP, due to "mirror" effect of the dish that change polarization. Furthermore if you are using a helix feed, this can be user for both transponders, but it's clear that when you transmitting on WB, you cannot do the same on NB, and viceversa (but if you have two TX dish, yes).
I hope having understood your request.
Congratulations for your's operation from China.
Regards an 73.

Last night I adjusted the feed of standing wave ratio, the uplink signal increases. Now I can pass the repeater receives the signals of their own.But if you want to increase the rate of codes work, I need to carry the 1.2 m antenna to the roof.
