Does anyone have a publicly available photo of the satellite ?
I'd like to put the photo on my QSL cards.

I haven't seen any .. other than perhaps a 'photo moment' (during a milestone) where people in white outfits posed. In the back a 'contraption' is visible. If this was the satellite itself, I don't know.
This one from AMSAT-UK ?
Actually there are only very few real photos available, Melco & Es'hailSat are very restrictive on that. Even if you look the launch video, you see only a glimpse of the satellite...
Even our special edition "coffee mug" was to be approved by Es'hailSat:
Thanks - I was thinking the configuration etc. might be something the companies want to keep quiet per industry secrets.
Maybe this PDF about the MElCo DS2000 Sat Bus is interesting:

Hmm... is this not Es'hail-2 ??

Hi All
Interesting to see these PDF-slides

In the old OSCAR-10 time, almost everything (block-diagram, pictures, etc.) about this satellite was public. I understand in these days that you have to protect the IP and that you haved signed a NDA. Especially it is not just an amateurradio satellite it is a commercial satellite with amateurradio payload.
But still, it would be very interesting to see the antennas of our amateurradio transponder and to see a little bit more of the nice satellite.

Trust us, we would love to share more technical details. But we have only little insight ourself and the little information we have is heavily NDA'ed. But we get two transponders for this price, so I am willing to live with it.
It's exactly like that Wolfgang.. all the power point presentations and articles we wrote before the launch were officially approved to make sure we will not run into misunderstandings... it's a different world between us and the commercial industry.
This is one of the rare pictures taken by me in the canteen, so I guess its public domain
