Who is sending higher than the PSK beacon with such a signal??

Someone with poor IQ balance possibly? Another 2.4 GHz band user?
But, if the pass band is wider than expected and not causing interference to anyone, would it not be a good idea to use it? At the moment there is 6 dB of noise being transmitted.

But all the OMs using WebSDR are at the moment not able to see this..

I think it is good that WebSDR is not showing the out of band signals otherwise these crazy guys will is that as the downlink path.
I have recordings with his voice and I/Q data with the footprint of his transmitter ...
If anyone is interested to get the recording to possibly identify the language or even voice then please send me an Email to dd1us@amsat.org

From yesterday I had my small RX station (40cm dish and LNB in the garden and 'home made' SDR software) up and running.
I also notice several carrier over the PSK beacon frequency limit.
I'm working on TX right now..I hope to be ready soon.
