October 25, 2019 is the birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Elisabeth of Belgium. The Belgians will then celebrate the 18th anniversary of the future First Queen, Queen of the Belgians.
The BIPT Council allows any holder of a Belgian callsign, radio amateurs and radio clubs, to use the prefix "OR" instead of the standard prefix "ON" during the period from 25 October 2019 to 25 December 2019.
I will be qrv with the special call OR7CL during this périod but only on QO-100, I will have a Qsl printed for this special event.
