I noticed that when LEILA gets triggered on 10489.690, there is an image of LEILA at 10489.881.5 with almost 16dB SNR.

Yes, this is a known problem after changing the hardware from Red Pitaya to ADALM PLUTO and will be fixed later.
But if nobody triggers LEILA, than it's not a problem anymore

That's very interesting.
With one of my Plutos I also noticed some issues which seem to be related to a low LO. I have reported this also in another thread of the forum some days ago:

Hi Michael,
as mentioned in my previous post, we are also discussing this topic in another thread in the German part of the forum.
We are wondering if other users are also facing similar issues with the Pluto.
You suggested that the issue might be related to a low LO level. So now I'm curious if this is a guess or do you already have some kind of practical experience with the issues?

Just observed a strange behaviour from Leila.
Leila activated at a strong carrier and "wanders" down in frequency even the carrier stays at the same freq.
After the carrier was gone Leila is still transmitting and wanders even lower in frequency.
