Hi Jonathan, thanks a lot for the link and best regards to Worthing, Wilfried
I have a HackRF (and LimeSDR, and a Pluto) but decided to go the more conventional route of an FT-817 and SG-Labs equipment for TX. RX is via an RTL-SDR,only for space reasons.
Hi
I use the HackRF for receiving under the SDR console. For transmit you have to use different software ( SDR console does not support the HackRf for TX).
I used SDR Angel under windows 10 for portable operation. SDR Angel does not look very friendly but it works without any issues.
Best regards
Alex
I would invest in a Pluto or Lime mini. Much better for this application as they are duplex.
Hi All
I have developped and used now since 2 weeks a transceiver designed for QO-100 based on 2 HackRF. One for the receiver and one for the transmitter. Each one is managed by an OrangePI (ARMBIAN) running GNU-Radio and a web server. I remote control this setup from my office via the local network and Chrome browser.

I have developped the "Remote SDR" software in HTML/Javascript on the client side. On the 2 OrangePi, I run GNU-Radio and designed with GNUradio-companion the HF part of the RX and TX. It's still in development and testing but already running. I will publish it when ready.
Mare can be find on

Hi Andre,
73 from ZS6AAG, i am using also a hackrf to transmit on AO100 from near 2 months now. I use SDR Angel to transmit under win10. I have an equivalent setup for the transmitter but i use the CN1047 as a amplifier after the Hackrf one.
I have also linux on one computer with GNU radio i will be happy to test it, but my knoledge under linux is not so good.

Hi All
Now i have the complete description of the HackRf solution i developped available here :
https://f1atb.fr/index.php/202…100-transceiver-with-sdr/
It includes the Source code on github.
I use it daily on qo-100.
