Hi,
after assembly of the UpCon6W V4.3 kit I found there are abt. 50 resp. 100 Ohms shortcut between TRX and REFIN signal and ground.
Question: Is that tolerable or have I damaged something during soldering?

sounds good to me. REFIN has a 50 Ohm input termination and TRX an attenuator which should look like 50 Ohms as well. So both are 50 ohms to ground and consequently 100 ohms to each other.
