Hallo und guten Abend.
Ich habe im Moment diese Signalstrecke installiert:
LNB > Bias Tee > YAESU FRG-9600 oder RTLSDR.
Muss hier ein Dämpfungsglied eingefügt werden? Ist das Notwendig? Kann mir das bitte jemand sagen?
Ich danke Euch.

Hallo,

Hi Remco,
do you have any suggestion for a good SAW for 739 MHz?
Have already looked at minicircuits but found nothing suitable.
I have looked at the spectrum of the ZF after the LNB, below 739MHz is almost no signal to see.
Maybe I first test with a low pass for 750 MHz before the mixer.
Hi.
I tried LNB -> 20mKoax -> Amsat RX-Mixer -> FT-290R2. The s-meter was pinned in the right corner and i mainly heard noise, only the strongest signals were readable. Much better with 20db-ish attenuation.
Tried a different radio with better strong signal handling. No attenuation necessary. So it depends on your radio. If your radio has it, the ATTENUATOR is your friend.

The insertion of a so called LTE-Fiter (Goobay 67511, or Axing TZU 198-62) between LNB can help ...
Here you can order 10 pcs for 10 dollar. Passband is 728-746 MHz.
