I use Gentoo-Linux. The Distribution has only gnuradio-3.8. 5.
So I can not use gr-dvbs2rx. A great pity. It is a problem with the
I use it in Windows 10 into WSL Ubuntu 20.04.
Trying to receive WB beacon using igorauad OOT module is in progress...
If you haven't seen it yet, there was a presentation of gr-dvbs2rx by the developer, Igor Freire at GRcon 22.

I am in direct contact with Igor. When I have successful results I will post it here.
It seems that his effort is supporting pilots on, so maybe code with pilots off is not working so good.
The problem now is to successfully decode LDPC packets.
Thanks for the answer hb9dug !!!
I have been successful this morning receiving my 8psk sr250 signal on QO-100 with dvbs2-rx. See attached screen dump. At the moment, only by recording the TS and after looking at it with VLC.

It seems that the reason for not yet received by me is that I try to decode signals without pilots on. I have sent a IQ dump of the WB beacon (pilots off) to Igor and he promised to see why I can not decode it. Also I notice good SNR in your Rx.
First local Tx & Rx DVBS2 using GNURadio. 125, 250 & 500 (screen dump) was tested. Pilots was on.
