Amsat-DL UPconverter6WPA Anschlüsse fuer TxD und RxD/serielle Schnittstelle?

  • Sieht so aus als ob da kein Eingang auf der 6 pin Steckleiste vorhanden ist. Ist wohl bei Version 4.3 des Upconverters vergessen worden.


    Die einzige Möglichkeit is dann nur der RC7/RX/DT (pin#15) am PIC18F2520 der auch in dem Web-Interface Artikel beschrieben wurde. Falls jemand eine andere Lösung hat würde ich mich über einen Hinweis freuen.

    Trying to build the web-interface for the AMSAT-DL up and down converter (AMSAT-DL Journal 3-2020). I need to find the contact (pin) to route the TX data of the downconverter to the RX port of the upconverter to have both serial data available for the web interface. According to the article, the revision 4.3 of the upconverter is supposed to have a separate pin for RX (it has one for TX). However, it looks like there is none, unless someone can point to it. It is not available at the 6pin connector where the TX pin is located. The only option appears to be connecting it directly to pin 15 of the PIC (18F2520) or the tiny resistor in front of it. Appreciate any thoughts.....

    der Upconverter 6W hat nur einen seriellen TXD Pin, dort kommen die Daten für das Web-Interface. Der RX-Pin ist unbenutzt, da es keine bi-direktionale Schnittstelle ist. Der PIC sendet regelmäßig "Telemetrie", aber es gibt keine Kommandos..

    da der serielle Eingang beim UPConverter fehlt und ich keine Lust hatte am PIC "herumzulöten", habe habe ich den Raspberry, der das Webinterface bereitstellen so, so konfiguriert, das 3 serielle Schnittstellen am GPIO nutzbar sind. Mit einem kleinen python-Skript sammle ich die Daten vom Downconverter und vom am Upconverter an 2 Ports und schicke diese wieder über den TX-Pin der einen Schnittstelle raus. Den TX-Pin habe ich direkt mit einem kurzen Kabel dem RX-Pin an der 3. Schnittstelle verbunden und die 3. Schnittstelle nutze ich als Quelle für das Webinterface Programm. Ist sicher etwas "zu fuss" aber der Pi hat ja sonst nicht viel zu tun.
