10.706 GHz beacon OFF this morning?
Checked with two different SDR-sticks. Same results.
Unfortunately do not have a second LNB to re-check.
Normally its 26 dB SNR

Hmm... I thought my online setup went wrong, or the heavy wind rotated my dish Glad to hear that might not a local issue, I was seeing no signal at all too.

Both beacons are disabled right now ....
73, Charly
I have significant reduced carriers on both 10706 and 11205 and no sidebands anymore. Maybe 20 dB-ish over noise.
Seeing same as DH2VA on 11205
Now Update: the two beacons now go into linear polarization and reduced power.
11205 V OFF
10706 V ON reduced carrier
11205 H ON reduced carrier
10706 H OFF

My antenna had moved with the wind of this night ...... Now I also have about 20dB S / N.
Here in JN57QS on a 1,5m solid dish still nothing on both QRG´s.
Be careful, there is also a sidelobe from a satellite on 30,5°.
This sidelobe changes the frequeny a view kHz by switching H/V
I found that the beacon 11205 arrives well in polarization H and strongly decreases in V. On 10706 it is the opposite that occurs. Which could mean that the show is no longer in circular right now.
It could be that they were switched to the MENA beam or maybe even a narrower spot beam.
It would be valuable to get reports in the MENA area or closer to Qatar.
Tnx to all, confirming my obs this morning. Means
DK2ZF has one re-construction site less...
Looks like the beacons are emitting a smaller footprint with perhaps less power. What is still receiveable in Italy, here in JN57QS you can perceive the beacon just over the noise . The side lobe of the 30.5 degree satellite is still the same, so I assume that my receiving system is still okay.
How does it look in Great Britain or France? Or Brazil?
Also lower signals at HA7ILM WebSDR.

probable, almost certain, that now the beacons are on beam MENA with linear polarization.

Dear Heiner,
Minor notes: HA7DCD (me) running the setup, and not WebSDR but OpenWebRX (similar but open source, written by HA7ILM)
I made some dish alignments today, we had quite a strong wind and thought I lost the signal due to dish mis-alignment, but after minor fine tunes I couldn't get back it any better...
