The lower Beacon (dk0sb) of QO-100 increased its EIRP?

  • Hello everyone.

I hope to be in the correct area of the forum.

    Sorry for the Google translator.

For about two years, to check the performance when I change the components of my transmitting part, I use the Goonhilly WebSDR, comparing myself to the signal of QO-100 Lower Beacon.

For a few weeks, without having applied changes to my TX configuration, my signal no longer finds the usual feedback with the beacon (I miss 1.5 - 2 dB without any justification).

I have checked my transmission system several times without finding problems.

Intrigued of the thing, I checked the data in my the xls table where I collect the values of the Beacon signal via the websdr, known, that from November 21 th, 2024 (see area of the orange color table), the lower beacon seems to have increased by about 1.5 - 2 dB (readings always made on continuous tone).

I ask, what can be successful? :/

Was the EIRP of the Beacon increased?

I attach the excerpt of the table with the data of one year.

    Thanks for your attention.

    73, Annibale
