I monitored this ES2HAIL beacon this morning with two setups. One remote (M0EYT's) and one here. It led me to the conclusion that using bigger dishes for reception of the 10 GHz downlink may not gain what to expect because the NB-transponder noise (at this moment of writing) is the dominant factor.
The CW-beacon varied in relative signal strength and on both receive setups I had the same SNR's and the same 'tone'/audio perception, listening with headphones.
