Peter, in your picture - what are the little white things all over the dish? Are they some actuators that can bend the dish to affect the transmission pattern ?

Great launch yesterday!
But, as I was thinking about the satellite being in transfer orbit now, I wondered what organization is performing the actual adjustments of the satellite propulsion to get it into final position?
Anyone know?
