PA3AOD: till now the ATT value is only stored in RAM and because of that lost after a power cycle.
If i find the time i modify the code to store the ATT value into internal eram.

PA3AOD: you can try the attached SW.
Should send the measured data with 19200 baud via the USB port.

Dort steht "senden"...
Display MoreHallo

I have another possible improvement idea for you MarKro:
Now one has to set the Loop Gain to max to get a lock on a Signal.
After a lock is aquired you have to reduce the Loop Gain to get a stable decoding.
Maybe you can implement a function that sets the Loop Gain to max when no lock is established
and if one is aquired then automatically reduce the Loop Gain to a lower Level? Maybe 1 or so.
Now this setting of the Loop Gain causes the most work on getting a Signal properly locked.

So sollte "Frequency Delta" aussehen.

And here is a Pic which components have to be removed/changed to inject external LO.
With the usual 27MHz bandpass and mod to the DC choke it works very nice with only one coax wire.
With 26MHz the PLL won't lock but with a cheap 27MHz OCXO everything works nice

Some days ago i bought on eBay a "Opticum AX Black Buster Twin" LNB.
But today arrived a "Red Eagle Black Buster Twin".
Opened it and it is exactly the same PCB, only the names have changed...
Inside ist the good RDA3565S PLL/Mixer IC with 27MHz Crystal known from the old Octagons

Hello OMs,
recently i purchased some OCXOs and now i am looking for datasheets and the pinouts of the OCXOs.
For the Vectron an the C-Mac i have the pinout but still searching for the pinout of the others.
Maybe someone has useful Information on those parts regarding PPB or pinouts or has personal experiences/tips regarding those OCXOs.

The FFT Intensity slider is for adjusting the waterfall brightness to your preferred colors.
The BB Gain slider sets the real gain of the RX and needs to be set not to high to get good reception.
Just try and you will find the optimum setting.

IZ4RYB: have you set the two sliders for "BB gain" and "FFT intense" fully right?
73s DB8TF
The cheap RTL-SDR sticks generally only receive to abt. 1,75GHz so nothing to worry about for the OMs who use them.
Meine Einstellungen siehst du hier > RX nicht zufriedenstellend. LNB-Umbau zwingend erforderlich?
