I’m not experience any interference but I’m using already a Tv-Sat mixer and I suppose it filtering the transponder interference, and the SAT output is used with a Techisat PCI card the same time…

As said Mike the card isn’t for DVB-S2 standard but I can see many DVB channel as well to listen to satellite radio…

Actually I have 4 confirmations from TR8CA and I’m very proud for all of them…

Also I have boxes of old QSLs but I prefer the online system from ARRL which is reliable and very easy for shorting and statistics, that’s my opinion and I respect every operator that uploads to the system the contacts, After that there is plenty of time for paper QSLs and the rest.

I’m wandering how many from the 86 DXCC countries had been verified by LoTW? I have a record of 3 1/2 to 1!!!

I’m not using a Logging program but if I upload my FT8 and FT4 QSOs direct from WSJT-X program all these QSO uploaded without sat flag. So IF verified they count as simplex QSOs on 13 cm band!!!!

I’m using a good noise canceling mic, no echoes no background noises…

Split mode is one thing, duplex mode is a different thing, if coexist you have the maximum throughput.

There is also an HF unused antenna onboard ISS actually a 10m antenna that never used. A nice add-on for mode A use.

YL3CT I found these TS201Fs on the local market for 10E and I will give them a try, I will compare them with Octagon for stability and performance.

@DH2VA The majority of non technical minded hams want new countries, new bands for DXCC and new squares for VUCC. I’m sure that the next DXpeditions will be equipped with P4 earth stations. Not bad but alligators will grow rapidly...

PA3FYM I’m afraid that NB transponder will be like 20m at WPX contest in the near future…

I always wondered about the limited bandwidth of the NB transponder. The designers have something in their minds that I don’t.
