Dear all QO-100 enthusiasts,
We are be happy to announce another QO-100 activity from Turkiye.
The QO-100 community in Turkiye will have a special activity on 11.March.2023 (this weekend).
Turkish ham radio enthusiasts will meet in Ankara (KM69) for the following agenda ;
- Presentation about QO-100 and satellite communications
- Presentation on station setups for narrow and Wideband QO-100 access
- There will be QSO's on the satellite using a DATV station and 2 SSB stations
2.4GHz uplink for QO-100 is NOT allowed in Turkey amateur radio band plan, with a special permission from authorities we will be on the satellite on 11 March 2023 from 13:00 UTC onwards.
Beside personal callsigns, TC100TC and TC100QO special callsigns will also be used during the activity.
We would like to have QSO's with you. This activity will have an award certificate.
