thanks Marcel !
now it works and it does not crash when activated.
nevertheless I was not able to synchronize the beacon...
I used both a LimeSDR-Mini and a HackRF One but could not synchronize/decode it.
I found a pic of the settings a guy used for his LimeSDR Mini but they didn't work for me!
the only difference was that he was using a USB 3 port while I used a USB 2.
these pictures remind me when I was a young and unexperienced telecom engineer back in 1981...
I had to install one of those Marisat terminals (manufactured by Comsat?) on-board a drilling ship offshore Nigeria.
I was lucky as I had a crane operated by a skilled crane operator at my disposal!!!

@markro92
yes Marcel, after a few seconds it crashes...
in case you have time I have teamviwer here

so...I am also cut out as my CPU is a "Clarksfield" and does not support AVX.
I would like to use my Spectrian SSPA for DATV via QO-100 and I am looking for a suitable heatsink: any suggestion/hint?
I am also looking for the way to calculate it myself...
thanks!

another approach is to use a PIC to program up to 8 (or 1 or 4...) different frequencies selected by a deep switch:

IK0YYY, on a Wathsapp chat, reported that I was able to decode down to 250KS/s.
and tuning is also a little tricking...
spero proprio di venire a Friedichshafen!

mmmm si le prix est le meme...je suis preneur!!!
Hello
Prototype MinitiounerPro2 in box.

waiting for more infos!!!
merci Lucien!
I would say definitely not a radar but "man made" noise, it would be even very sad if it is "ham made" noise for some kind of stupid testing...
Obviously someone was using a lot of power and a very big antenna and caused strong interference on both the NB and WB using a programmable RF sweep generator or whatsoever..
Anyway, it was also observed and monitored by the Es'hailSat CMC in Qatar, which gave me a call.
If it occurs again, hopefully we will find it before the Qataris will do...
I hope it does not affect the other transponders!
surfing the web I found these two:

which look quite interesting as well.

DL3DCW will it work also with a 3.5" touch screen?
I would like to try with the setup I use for my Portsdown TX

an update:

it seems Octagon came out with a new firmware for their SF8008 capable os receiving SR down to 100!!!
how precise is that SDR RX?
last time we measured it was only +1KHz off at 1GHZ.
it's an RTL-SDR.com V3 with precise TCXO.
I also used a LimeSDR mini (I haven't measured it yet) and it I found the same offset with the 2 LNB.
Claudio
I have tried 2 different LNB and they were some 80KHz and some 300KHz out of frequency: I checked them against the CW beacon on my SDR RX! and the second one is a GM-201.
so, even the original crystals are not very precise!
