David you have right some of the don't have smd filter on TX chain. But there I found filter with PCB trace on rf input.

With Vgs 2.9-3.3V you set the Idq around 500mA! not the same for all MRF21045

Inside is a few ceramic filters 2450MHz 0603 maybe can try to remove it and brick with 0R and measure gain ?

I have soldered together 4&5 pin on IC TPH2504 . China 4W wifi booster

Bison electronics have for sale more amplifiers with one stage MRF21045

I have no idea where is the difference in GM201 because I didn't notice any wobbling . I have ordered at Polin GM201 and have found the second version of GM201? Can anyone else have both of them?

I have saw somewhere in datasheet I will find...
thank for photo sent to my email--- here is the converter of DG0ve I think this is the TFF1017?

The application notes is AN11144 NXP.

I see I wrote 13cm&432Mhz... sorry my mistake!
DG0VE downconverter is for 3cm and IF is not 432MHz but 1100MHz
DG0VE used Tff101x with 24MHz for 9360MHz IF = 390*24MHz
Anyone have downconverter and can make photo of LO?

I'm using no modified GM-201 but if I remember correctly DG0VE SK used the same PLL for 13cm converters quartz 24MHz for 432MHz IF and also in Application notes by NXP PDF you can find suggestion for 24MHz PLL is TFF10xx I think....
Maybe someone is the owner of DG0VE converter and can check the IC and oscillator?
I don't know what is the multiplier...I will check

ADF4351 or ADF4350 with amplifier or on ebay SP5XMU had some surplus board for PLL 13&23cm with ADF4006 excellent for 1968 MHz LO... I'm not sure if still having for sale?

I'm using GM-201 stable enough to made 120+QSO without change anything..But temperature outside not change so much....maybe drift will be at summer time but is worth for low price.
The same IC was used in DG0VE converter I think. TFF10xx by NXP application notes
are on web. Inside is 25MHZ quartz, but in AN you can find that 24MHz is also ok to change the IF frequency....

MiniVNA tiny works <3GH but price. ...?
I'm not the owner of MiniVNA only checked the webpages.
Where you located? Maybe anyone local can help you to measure antenna for free..
