I modified my Andrew PA with MRF21045 wich was originally matched for UMTS with som SMD capacitors. Now I got 13dB gain on 2.4GHz and 20W output with 0.5W input from my modified TQP7M9103 amp (see also 1W Amplifier in this forum). Pupply Voltage is 28V.

After modification the TGP3M9103 PA I got following results in small signal S-parameters with R&S VNA:

I have modified the 1W Pa from China with TGP3M9103. Gain now @ 2.4 GHz is 14 dB and output power 0.7W @ 1dB compression. Here are my modifikations:

Hi, I got the same PA-device as DB8TF with MRF 21045. But I could not find a mod. for tuning to 2400 MHz. Can anyone help me maybe with a picture.
