Did you install mosquitto 2.018 before trying Datv-Easy? ( page 5 /10 manual >>> You then need to install the software: mosquitto-2.0.18-install-windows-x64.exe )
DATV RED has a built-in mqtt broker and Pluto has an mqtt client
DATV Easy uses the mosquitto broker to establish mqtt communication with the Pluto
it will be integrated into the next version of DATV-Easy .

I have the same feeling as DB8TF ... that the RX level is too low. (The DATV reception is sharp ... and the pointing of the antenna is very important !!!) You can still do another test with a bandwidth of 1800000 see PHOTO
