OK, the launch was on 22nd March, I was too skeptical. But from Tyuratam near Baikonur. See also the article from Space Flight Now, it says about a launch at Saturday. This was at the 20th, then came the scrub to the 22nd.
Edit: I was a little bit behind with reading infos.

so all I can think off is the dish is pointing in the wrong place!
Have you looked on DishPointer.com ? You need also free sight to the satellite of course.
-
Hmm... what is the source of AMSAT-UK ? According to Space-Track.org at 22th March (2021-03-22) there where two launches, from Tyuratam Missile and Space Complex (main payload CAS500-1) and an Electron launch from Rocket Lab launch complex.
I stay tuned.

This is an excerpt from our Wiki/Lexicon Antenna:
To receive QO-100 you need at least an 85 cm dish and preferably 1 m or more for DATV and on the edge of the footprint. Learn how to aim your dish at the Es'hail-2 satellite on DishPointer. First select "25.9E ES" on the right and then "Your location". Then draw the direction line exactly to your location. Here you will also find the skew angle for adjusting your LNB. Now you should be able to easily align your dish and receive the first PSK beacon signals. You can now make fine adjustments using the beacon signal (Audio sample).
Note: Do not look for the footprint of Es'hail-2, this is different from the QO-100 transponder. For Es'hail-2, you'll just find spot beams for its TV channels.
Hope it helps. Good luck & 73 -
Hallo Matthias
YESSS, absolutely right! I visit every month the IARU pages and update our satellite lists on our homepage. Unisat-7 I had deleted I saw that, its a commercial mission. I hope nobody sends reports to GAUSS.

Hallo Andreas
Hast Du schon nach "SOT23-5 switching regulator" gegoogelt ?

But an experimental mode must be also open and documented and not closed and encrypted I think.
Edit: I read Gerhards posting again. This is also your statement, if I got it right.

First contact via UVSQ-Sat FM transponder
On Friday, March 5, 2021, the first contact was made [as test] via the FM transponder on the UVSQ-Sat CubeSat.
For QRG information see http://amsat-f.org/AMSATLIST/SatellitePage/UK/0UVSQsat.html

I think, we should stop this discussion. In general, to send music over HAM radio is not allowed or forbidden. How the situation with background music in videos is I don't know. If the ATV amateur uses sound from an analogue mode like morse or RTTY with his callsign for example instead, such discussions are obsolete.
Thanks and 73
