And that is another one from brazil...PY2GN overboosting the NB transponder.

I guess the problem is that the user does not read and ignore the rules. Today I have noticed for example these two users exceeding the beacon (PY2RN and CT1COU together with G0HNW). If anybody knows them can you please let them know about the rules? Thanks!
