After a lot of tests, I managed to demodulate with RTLSDR even in sr66 but in qpsk, no tests yet in apsk for lack of TX on Oscar 100, it would be good to find the sensitivity of the old version, great software

This is a problem on window which blocks the UDP, I added the TCP (tcp://@127.0.0.10:10000) with vlc on version 4.2 on my site, you can reload it and it should work.

Pour ma version du dvbt , il lui faut par défaut du 2/3 fec et du 1/32 en guard et bw 66,250,333,500khz , 125 et 1000mhz par le menu ,
si tu veut faire autre chose in faut lancer la soft avec d'autres options , ex. dvbt_rx_v42.py -h pour le help et l'on peut voir les options pour changer , -c pour la constellation , -r pour fec etc.... , en sachant que le réglage du RIT est pointu pour avoir la constellation ,

Everything is back to normal, the video analyze problems have disappeared with the new version of the pluto and for the ethernet it is the voltage that was too low 4.35v and on another pluto I have 4.85v and it works , with the external voltage it works.

the ethenet adapter is a Linksys usb3gigv1 and it works with my personal pluto, so i think the problem comes from the pluto, thanks for your answers, thanks to Evariste for his suggestion .

I have a problem with a pluto from a friend that does not work correctly, it works in USB but not in ethernet, then once connected in DATV with OBS by looking at the video buffer analysis the level is still below zero, zero being its line of reff. , in the red !!! whatever the settings, I specify that my settings work with my personal pluto, the firmwares are 0.31 + that of F5OEO from 05-02-2020, I formatted the pluto and installed version 0.32 + new F5OEO version but nothing is wrong done, still no Ethernet access or correct operation with OBS, I saw by SSH that the hw_model_variant is 0 and mine is 1, it seems to me that there was a problem of compatibility with the versions 0, thanks for the answers even if it's not obvious.
