This is my first post here. I will like to know which firmware is the latest and most stable to update my SAA-2N. Thanks in advance for any information and link to the latest firmware update.

the latest version is this:"V2.74" from blackmagic 20201013
which you can download at this link. (pay attention to the version)

restore my SAA-2N analyzer to its initial factory settings.

Perhaps the easiest way is to load the firmware again.
P.S.
After loading the firmware, you need to re-calibrate the device including the touch screen.
