I am fed up of hearing analog SSTV on the "digital mode only" portion of the band.When I asked to respect the
band plan I've been treated as "stupid digital boy" so I would like to know to whom I can report this kind of
abuse.Is there an authority who can warn these operators ?
I believe those operators don't even know they are at fault because they did not took the time to read the rules.
