Using a QUAD LNB for QO-100 70cm IF

I was even thinking to use a QUAD-version LNB and use 1 of the 4 outputs as a +/- 25.7884 MHz. LO input to have the other 3 outputs available for 70cm NB & WB IF !?

Any other readers ever tried this with an external LO like GPSDO or other external LO-synthesizer?

If it's a standard PLL LNB this schould work.

All new ones are using one of two common PLL / Mixer IC-Familys.

I modified several LNBs for that.
