In my setup i use the 2GB version.
For fast PTT detection the signal TX GND from ACC socket can be connected to CTS input of the USB/serial adapter (because via serial CAT command there will be some delay):
If the SCU-17 sound card interface is used for CAT then there is a small modification of the CT-62 (RS232/CAT) cable required. For this cut the track on PCB between RTS and CTS pins and solder the emitter of a PNP transistor to the RTS pin and the collector to the CTS pin. Connect the base via a 4k7 resistor to TX GND signal of ACC socket:
Remark: The original cable can not be used for this because there is no wire connected to TX GND. It has to be replaced.
The second sdr stick is only needed for software drift correction. Image for raspberry pi 4 will be finished in the next two/three weeks.
Hello to all,
Question: Does anybody has running the "Drift correction" properly?
Today 2 pcs. of NooElec Nano 3 arrive and this was last idea i have what could be the problem. But no success.
Again: I lock system to Master-beacon. Fine.
Then i tune to CW-beacon in audio window to 1,5KHz.
LNB LO corrects automatily according drift but the tuned signal of CW-beacon is not corrected.
This means it drifts away from 1,5KHz in audio window.
Who has any idea what the problem can be?

Hi, when can we expect the image for the PI4?
Due to the low feedback (probably many OMs do not use a Raspberry Pi), I only improved my own system and have not released any new image. Maybe sometime - if there is demand - I will prepare and publish an actual image. BTW: I love my little Raspberry station
Hi Frank,
I think, that a used Windows Notebook for less than 100 EUR with the SDR-Console is more powerful and cheaper than a 50 EUR Raspberry Pi with touch display that alone will cost around 100 EUR.
That is the reason for the lack of demand for your good software,

As addition to the publication in the current "AMSAT-DL Journal" i have prepared the image for Raspberry Pi 4:

TNX! Will try today.
Just playing with the new version. Although equipped with an aluminum cooler/case, the pi4 gets very hot - the software is not to blame for this, from other experiments i knew it would get hot. I think a fan is mandatory.
The performance is good , quick and the delay compared to the pi3b+ or even an analog rx is small. While i had some problems with crackling and interrupted audio on the p3b+ running the older version, this version for the pi4 runs smooth so far. Thumbs up!
Many thanks for your response. I use the case below with passive cooling (no fan). It runs 24/7 without problems:

Wo?
Habe ich noch nicht gefunden
