QO-100 Linux SDR Transceiver not running under Ubuntu

    Testweise habe ich die Linux-Version von Kurt DJ0ABR auf meinem Notebook unter Ubuntu 20.xx installiert. Ich kann den Pluto als USB-Laufwerk sehen und auch info.html starten. Wenn ich die QO-100 Linux Software starte, sehe ich zwar die Oberfläche und kann auch alle Funktionen per Maus bedienen, aber ich sehe keine Signale im RX-Fenster. Im Setup-Fenster kann ich weder Lautsprecher noch Mikrofon auswählen. Alles andere ist wählbar.

    Fehlt hier ein Treiber für Ubuntu?

    Mit SDR Console läuft der Pluto am USB-Port ohne Probleme.

    Bin leider kein Linux-Experte und froh, dass ich die Software installiert bekam.


    As a test, I installed the Linux version of Kurt DJ0ABR on my notebook under Ubuntu 20.xx. I can see Pluto as an USB-drive and also start info.html. When I start the QO-100 Linux software, I see the interface and can operate all functions with the mouse, but I don't see any signals in the RX window. I can't select speakers or microphone in the setup window. Everything else is selectable.

    Is a driver missing for Ubuntu here?

    With SDR Console, the Pluto runs on the USB port without any problems.

    Unfortunately, I'm not a Linux expert and I'm glad I was able to install the software :)

    Es sollte eine Soundausgabe erfolgen.

    Dort wird auch empfohlen, pavucontrol zu installieren, eine grafische Oberfläche für die Sound-Bedienung.

    Habe den Fehler gefunden. Man muss halt die Installationsanleitung richtig durchlesen.

    Es hat die Datei trxdriver gefehlt. Keine Ahnung, warum die beim ersten Mal verschütt ging.

    Nach umbenennen vom Ordner QO100_Transceiver und erneuter Installation funktioniert die Software.

    Die Audio-Wiedergabe klingt wesentlich angenehmer und rauschärmer als mit SDR Console.

    Fehlt nur noch die Baken-Synchronisation. Oder habe ich in den Einstellungen etwas übersehen?


    Found the bug. You just have to read the installation instructions correctly.

    The file trxdriver was missing. I don't know why it spilled the first time.

    After renaming the folder QO100_Transceiver and reinstalling the software, it works fine.

    The audio playback sounds much more pleasant and less noisy than with SDR Console.

    The only thing missing is beacon synchronization. Or did I miss something in the setting?
