Hi,

Does anyone know where I can source 2 MHT1008N 2.4GHz LDMOS chips? I have a couple of DJ0ABR boards but struggling to source small quantities of this device as it is out of production.

Thanks Martin. Digikey has them, however I am trying to avoid the minimum order quantity of 16 which makes the order quite expensive.

Might just have to bite the bullet and hope I can sell some of the excess units.
