You must take into account that each spectrum analyzer has a minimum of phase noise that can measure. In order to have a valid measurement you must determine the minimum phase noise that you instrument can measure and don't expect to measure anything less than this.

I use GNURadio in a dedicated computer running Ubuntu 22.04.

In my Win11 computer I install WSL Ubuntu 22.04. The disadvantage is that it is not possible to use USB devices.

The 22.04 uses GNURadio 3.10.

I do not want to disappoint you, but it is not a easy path, but my opinion is a interesting path of knowledge.
