MAI-75 SSTV Events: (***)
MAI-75 will be conducting their experiment of transmitting SSTV images over specific orbits that overfly Moscow on June 9 and 10. Amateurs along the ground track of these orbits should have the opportunity to receive these images as well. Modes and targeted transmission periods are listed below.
SSTV images will be transmitted at 145.800 MHz using a Kenwood TM-D710 transceiver. They are expected to use the PD-120 SSTV format.

Today I wanted to receive a few pictures on my new Win10 PC with MMSSTV. But MMSTV can't find a soundcard. Sound works OK on the PC. So I recorded the SSTV-sound into WAV. I made this also before on another PC with another OS and renamed .WAV to .MMV for input via file. Do you know of an actual SSTV-program/app for Win10 with the same feature ? Now I have sound without picture.

Hallo Thomas,
Du kannst doch MMSSTV auch ohne Soundkarte benutzen:

Hallo Peter
I want receive with my radio, not via SatNOGS. Otherwise I could also receive via WebSDR. But that's not my thing.

Yours appears to be a Windows / microphone access permissions problem. On which device do you send the audio signal from the radio? Set this device as the default recording device. Then make sure that the various programs are authorized to access this device. In Italian I could show you the exact path but in your language I don't know ... Then set the execution of the programs that interest you as administrator. Unfortunately, Windows is originally rather armored and touches to eliminate many software barriers that for our purposes are just annoyances.

Thomas,
you misunderstood me.. I tried to help you and give you a hint how to use MMSTV with your recorded Wave-file !!!
The SatNOGS is my own station and not a WebSDR. I wanted to decode the recorded file of my own station, nothing more, nothing less.. just read the instructions in my original post and you will see how you can play a recorded file within MMSTV..

Ah OK Peter, I misunderstood you. Meanwhile I had another Idea. I will look for a new SSTV software and VirtualAudioCable. Then I can record the sound on my beloved OS/2-ArcaOS-5 and play it on Win10 into the SSTV program. I think this should work ? If not, I can try your suggestion.
Lucio, I logged in as administrator. In the settings the soundcard was only found in the output field. Without soundcard found in the input I can't play the sound from a WAV/MMV-file.

Have you got a plug in the microphone socket Thomas.
Even if the plug is not connected to anything it will wake up Win10 to the fact that the sound card is now live.

hi Thomas, forgive me but I still don't understand what kind of radio you are using and how it is connected to the PC. Based on this answer there is a different solution.

No, I haven't plugged in the plug into microphone socket, I will try it. I just wanted to replay the WAV/MMV files I had recorded. Thank you for the hint. The PC is not on the shack table yet, I have to finish the setup of ArcaOS on a 2nd SSD first.
I think, I've answered Lucio's question also.
